Undersecretary of Public Innovation and Open Government, Ministry of Modernization, Argentina
Buenos Aires, Argentina
I'm a young economist, former researcher and teacher. Passionate about programming, I think putting data in the hands of the public is one of the most important causes we have to work on.
Currently working as a technology for public policies advisor at the National Office of Data and Public Information of Argentina, where we drive the National Open Data Policy and create tools and analytical infrastructure to add value to public data.
There is a lot to gain for people coming from social sciences to programming. I'm equally passionate about technical and social issues. You can find me fascinated discussing a design pattern one minute and the problems of the global distribution of income the next one.
Talk to me about python, economics, data, public policy and tool-making. I also love travelling, meet really different people and listening to electronic music.
